Weight Watchers Weigh In: Week 1

Well, for all that work, I did drop one pound. But I am feeling like I have more energy and better about getting consistent exercise. Perhaps a decrease in the volume of alcohol might merit better results next week? Goodbye margaritas! Hello Lemon Water!

Spinning & Yoga and Chocolate Chip Cookies! Oh My!

 

Almost done!

Taking a super hard spinning class may have seemed like a good idea at the time (8:30 a.m.) but after the 1 hour yoga class that followed the Tour-De-Spin, I was TIRED! Okay, so I added 17 activity points but I think that they were used up when I elected to have a spare rib, a slice of brisket and some steamed butternut squash. Totally not enough food for the level of energy I put out today.

Tomorrow is weigh in day. To be honest, I am not so sure that I lost any weight. I am beginning to wonder if I will start seeing some changes in how clothes fit me.
