Coming from the horse-world side of it, some of the contraptions used on equines, in the form of training bits, etc. would scare the bejeesus out of most of us, but really do little to horses except assist in training. Those experts know what they're talking about & we humans need to sometimes check ourselves at the door. Glad that Maya will be allowed out in public--maybe she & Buddy can even become pals...
